The International Dyslexia Association Kentucky Branch invites you to the Southern Region IDA Conference in beautiful Louisville, Kentucky.

The International Dyslexia Association offers professional development conference dedicated to dyslexia. Join us and hear from experts on the latest research, remediation, and more.

The Writing, Advocacy, and Technology Conference is held for both professionals and families and is attended by teachers, educators, and administrators, reading specialists, researchers, university faculty, psychologists, physicians, tutors, and parents.

The two-day conference includes:

  • Three keynote speakers – Cheryl Ann Chase, PhD Licensed Clinical Psychologist Chasing Your Potential, LLC (confirmed), and Margie Gillis, Project Director, Haskins Literacy Initiative, Yale University (confirmed), and William Van Cleave, WVC ED, education consultant and author (confirmed)

Bonus Conference Invitation

Special education attorney, Pete Wright from Wrightslaw Special Education Law and Advocacy, will host a full day conference on Friday, March 22, 2019, beginning at 8:30 am. This special opportunity is prior to the start of IDA Southern Region Conference on the same day and is not included in the IDA conference pricing.
